Contractor shall remove existing asphalt roofing from the Arctic Family Medical
Clinic and suuply/install a standing seam metal roof complete with snow guards
over parking lots, ramp and entries. Contractor shall be responsible for all
labor, transportation, materials (unless otherwise noted), tools, equipment,
permits and dumping fees.
