The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting tenders from
qualified proponents for the provision of services as outlined in the Request.
Namely, the provision of audit services for Arctic Canada Trading Co. Ltd.
(ACTC or the subsidiary), a company wholly owned by the Northwest Territories
Business Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (BDIC or the Corporation),
a crown corporation of the GNWT.
