Description
As discussed over the phone, the Department of Transportation requires NTCL to provide equipment and labour to unload bridge components being shipped via rail from Quebec. Additionally, DOT requires storage for the various components. There will be 4 shipments of components in total (3 rail cars and 1 gondola) the first to leave Quebec in the last week of January 2007. See Attached.
