The foundation of the Female Young Offenders Facility is showing signs of
distress. The ground where the facility is resting on requires to be
retrofitted mainly with earth retaining structures and surface & subsurface
water management systems. Due to movement of the ground as a result of seasonal
variation, a concrete slab at the courtyard is also damged and requires a
repalcement.
