Description

ENR is seeking qualified proponents to examine the current environment in which Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) operates, to develop a comprehensive, detailed report with recommendations to assist the Compliance Division in the planning and operational requirements over the next 5 to 10 years. The environmental scan will analyze the compliance environment (economic, social, demographic political, legal, technical, national and international) factors, including the industry and internal organizational factors. This includes, but is not limited to demographics, population, community situation, resource development impacts, crime statistics, and environmental crime statistics and based on this and historical statistics project future statistics over the next 10 years.
