The GNWT, Department of Municipal and Community Affairs invites institutions
and/or contractors to submit a proposal(s) to instruct from existing curriculum
one or several of the courses of the Community Management Program for a three
year period April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017. To obtain a copy of this RFP
