The Government of the Northwest Territories has tasked the Department of
Education, Culture and Employment to conduct a review of all income security
programs. As part of this review, there will be a three-phased public
consultation, which includes a general call for discussion and input from the
public as the first step.

This request for proposals is for the layout,
design, plain language editing, printing and distribution of materials as part
of that broad public discussion.
