The Department of ENR wants to contract a consultant to prepare a Drum
Management Protocol – ENR Operations for the Department using a
“cradle-to-grave” or life cycle approach. The primary objective of the
Protocol is to reduce the potential environmental impact and liability stemming
from Department activities relating to the use of drums and contents therein
