Education Boards first class Email-interim proxy solution migration

Description
An outsourcing/External Hosting solution was created for four GNWT Education Boards with the consultation and leadership of MGCG in May 2012. However, a few requirements could not be met by the outsourcing solution and it could not be delivered in time to meet end-of-school communication requirements over first class email. For project community, TSC is leveraging the expertise of MGCG to migrate the required functionality to an alternative solution. The first class application is a non-supported application by TSC and ECE, however it is deemed critical at this time for some Education boards and an interim proxy solution will be implemented. The interim proxy solution will be evaluated for adherence to GNWT performance and security standards over the next three months.
