Holman Health Center had been experiancing power failures. NWTPC related the power problems to the Health Center. Health Center was closed down with power trouble. As and When electrical contractor declined to go on an emergency to solve the problem. Contacted aremaining Electrical Contractor for avaliablity to fly to Holman. Contractor had 30 minutes to catch the plane.
