Description
LCA #1947 was issued to complete emergency repairs to the emergency generator at the Lutsel Ke Health Centre since the SOA contractor was not available to do the work. The repairs were scheduled for a one day trip but bad weather stranded the contractor for 3 days. As a result we scheduled other work for him at the school while he was there. LCA's 1951, 1952, 1954 cover the additional costs.
