The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Justice is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to design and conduct an evaluation of the Protection Against Family Violence Act from April 01.2005 to April 01.2010 that examines within a social response framework to what extent the emergency protection order process has: - Increased an awareness of family violence and the help available through the legislation; - Improved access to emergency protection; - Improved protection.
