Work to include but not limited to: Levelling the entire unit, repair/replace
floor soffits & insulation, install new exterior doors, patch and paint the
entire unit, change window in the kitchen, install new floor tiles and
baseboards, install new kitchen cabinets and countertop, change bathroom door
complete, repair vanity doors, clean all logwork inside and out, replace
exterior outlets, haul 20 cubic meters of gravel to repair driveway and
drainage areas and perform an electrical inspection. All materials to be
delivered to the Community of Norman Wells via the 2015 Winter Road Season to
complete this project in the summer of 2015
