Work to include but not limited to: levelling the unit, patch and paint all
walls and ceilings, replace kitchen cabinets complete, repair and paint all
interior doors, replace toilet complete, installing new bathroom hardware,
strip and wax the entire unit, replacing all heating vent covers, cleaning all
interior and exterior logs and finish, apply permachink where required and haul
20 cubic meters of gravel for driveway.
Materials are required to be shipped
to the location by March 31, 2015 via winter roads.
