The project requires the painting of the building's exterior in its entirety.
We require the construction of hand rails on the western and eastern sides of
the building. The proposed hand rails must conform to the originally designed
(existing) handrails in aesthetics and design. The contractor shall be
responsible for supplying all material, labour and equipment to complete this
project.
