Work to include but not limited to: levelling the Unit, remove and construct new steps and landing, remove and install new windows, install new exterior doors complete, repair and prepare for paint all closet shelves, patch and paint all the units, install new light fixtures, install new floor tiles, install new fridge, range & rangehood to all units, install new kitchen cabinets complete, install new interior doors to all the units, install new tub & tub surround complete, install new toilet & vanity complete, install 2 new boilers, install new hot water heater, install new 325 gallon water tanks, haul gravel to repair driveway, install new fuel tank, repar/replace all damaged soffits and fascia and installing new smoke detector combo. Material is to be delivered prior to March 31, 2015 via winter roads Please refer to tender documents for detailed scope of work.
