Work to include but not limited to: Level the entire unit, replace exterior
doors, patch and paint the entire unit including the ceilings, replace all
baseboards and floor tiles in the entire unit, install new fridge, replace the
kitchen cabinets complete, replace tub surround and fixtures, clean all
exterior and interior logs and finish with stain, conduct an electrical
inspection. All materials to be delivered to the Community of Norman Wells via
the 2015 Winter Road Season for the completion of the project in the summer of
2015.
