Provide Fire Alarm Upgrades as per Drawings & Specifications, which includes
but not limited to: A complete supervised Fire Alarm System; Complete testing &
training as per Spec's; O&M Manuals as per Spec's; As-Built Drawings as per
Spec's; New Arctic Alarm, Auto-Dailer by Contractor with two dedicated phone
lines provided & co-ordinated with NorthwesTel by PW&S. Contractor to hook-up &
test.
