Attention local businesses and enterpreneurs: You are coridally invited to Industry Day, a chance to learn about the proposed Giant Mine remediation activities and the associated contract opportunities once the remediation project is fully reviewed and gets underway. Federal and territorial government representatives will provide information about the project, about doing business with the Government of Canada, as well as give you the opportunity to network with the business community and government representatives. This is an opportunity to advise the government about local capacity, such as available manpower, resources, equipment, unique skills, support services, training programs, equipment rentals and rental accommodations. If you're unavailable during the afternoon, you will have a chance to speak to representatives in the evening.
