Work to include but not limited to: Remove and discard existing roof shingles, installing new ice & water shield, new shingles complete with roof flashings to existing chimney and vent stacks, remove and install living room window and applying permachink to the entire exterior of the log home. Materials to be delivered to the community of Deline via the 2015 Winter Road Season to complete this project. Each tender must be submitted on the forms provided in the tender documents to be considered.
