The Department of Health and Social Services, is requesting proposals from
qualified proponents for the provision of Information Technology Professional
Services in particular, conducting a needs assessment and preliminary analysis,
project management services, supplementary professional/technical services and
preparation of a Product Request for Proposals concerning the analysis, design,
development and implementation of a system wide Electronic Medical Record
system.
