Course Title, Date, and Location: 1. Pools Level I – August 24-25, 2009 – Hay River, NT This course provides participants with instruction on how to operate, and maintain an above ground swimming pool. It also includes instruction on pool chemicals and how to determine how much of each to add to the water to maintain attractive, healthy, and sparkling pool water. Participants will learn the importance of a safe, germ free swimming environment, and the proper handling of pool chemicals. 2. Pools Level II – August 26-28, 2009 – Hay River, NT Pools Level II provides instruction in advance swimming pool operations and enables participants to deal with more complex problems as swimming pool operators. Topics include: concepts in filtration and circulation, advanced chlorine chemistry and water balance, hot water pools, trouble shooting and problem solving.
