Supply and install materials and labour required to construct a dividing wall
in an office in the ITI space in the Semmler Building. Wall to be finished with
gypsum board, taped, mudded, primed and painted two coats of paint. No
electrical or mechanical modifications are required to complete this work.
Supply and install new window and other misc. work.
