Work includes all labour, materials, equipment, tools and servcies necessary to
perform the Phase 3 Landscope Work in accordance with Contract Documents,
including lanscaping, site grading, drainage, roadways, walkways, fencing,
concrete courts, exterior sports equipment, light poles, 30'x60'x15' storage
shed, parking barriers and bollards.
