Supply, install & repair new & existing structure to the J'ak Park Observation
Tower as per Drawings & Specifications. Contractor to submit quality control
plan indicating the sequence of steps involved in preparing the existing
structure to accept the new foundation. This plan is to be prepared by a
Professional Engineer registered in the Northwest Territories.
