Remove & replace damaged and rotted rail guard pickets, framing members &
platform boards with new pressure treated wood to match existing. Power wash
entire structure to remove flaking existing paint, also wire brush where needed
to remove existing paint. Let dry. Prime, seal & repaint entire structure.
