Contractor shall be responsible for all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
permits and dumping fees necessary to open up Jak Park's exisiting trails (A,
B, D & E) and develop a new Trail (C) complete with a bridge to link existing
systems and Jak Park Campground. Contractor shall verify all dimensions and
elevations on site.
