The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting Proposals from
qualified Proponents for the provision of services to design and implement a
comprehensive empowerment evaluation framework, and evaluation tools, for the
Language Nest Initiative, including short-term outcomes, process outcomes, and
long-term outcomes as related to the program guidelines.
