requesting proposals to lease space for the above in downtown Yellowknife,
NT. The space and parking requirements are as follows: Min. Space Required:
1,840 useable m2, of which, 1,205 useable m2 must be located at street level.
Min. Non-Energized Parking: 25 parking spaces mandatory.
