The Legal Services include, but are not limited to, providing legal services
and advice, as requested, with regard to the following:

• The preparation,
review and registration of security documents for credit facilities in excess
of $200,000, made pursuant to BDIC financial programs, and/or
• The collection
of delinquent accounts or other monies that are owed to the BDIC and enforcing
judgments obtained as a result of those proceedings

on an as and when
requested basis, for the term of this Agreement.
