Scope of work to include but not limited to level unit, replace fuel tank,
replace shingles, stain front and back steps and landings, replacing front and
back exterior doors, staining front and back porch, replacing floor tiles and
inspection of floor, replacing kitchen appliances, rangehood, vanity
countertop, sink, faucet, supply lines, tub surround, toilet complete, bathroom
hardware, new woodstove, oil fired water heater, water pump and expansion tank,
flushing water lines, smoke/carbon monoxide detector, ABC fire extinguisher and
service furnace.
Material is to be delivered by March 31, 2014 at the project
location in Deline.
