Excavate,empty, purge and dispose of existing old fuel oil tank at Mangilaluk School. Relocate contaminated soil to secured fenced-in work area for oxidation processing on School property. Once soil has been remediated to acceptable GNWT Environmental standards, replace it in the excavated area.
