Please refer to contract documents for scope of work and other terms & conditions. 1-Level the entire unit. 2-Ensure all foundation pads are installed level and are stable. 3-Ensure all foundation blocks and wedges are installed as per specifications and are operating as intended. 4-Check and replace any deteriorated foundation wood components. 5-Repair the existing plywood skirting and ensure it is a minimum of 6” above the ground level. 6-The skirting shall be framed with 2 x 4 lumber installed 16” on center and braces provided. 7-Check and repair any skirting plywood that is damaged. 8-Stain with 2 coats of exterior stain all skirting plywood. Stain color to be similar to the original color. 9-Install a layer of R-12 insulation within the entire interior cavity of the skirting. The insulation shall be secured to the skirting with staples. 10-Install a layer of 6 Mil. poly over the entire skirting insulation. The poly should be installed with a minimum of 16” lying on the ground and a minimum of 12 inches to be attached to the belly bag of the mobile unit. 11-Build and install an insulated door within the skirting. Check with the housing Association for the location of the door. 12-Build and compact a gravel pad with a minimum thickness of 16” above surrounding ground area. 13-The pad dimensions shall be 14 feet wide by 20 feet deep to accommodate a 10 feet by 16 feet wood storage shed. 14-Build and install a 10 feet by 16 feet storage shed as per drawing and specifications. See annex #1 for details. 15-Check the condition of the existing house landing, remove any deteriorated lumber and replace with new lumber. 16-Remove the existing stair case completely.
