The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting Proposals from
qualified Proponents for the provision of services as outlined in the Request.
To develop an evaluation and accountability framework for the new NWT Literacy
Strategy, which will include a detailed logic model and ongoing performance
measurement strategy.
