Phase 1: Fabrication off site of one designed wooden outhouse and concrete
containment. Phase 2: Deliver wooden outhouse superstructure and concrete
containment to site at Reid Lake Loop . Excavate and install concrete
containment and install superstructure as per drawings. Finish sitework to
positive drainage grades.
