To program the TDS Recon 400 to accept field data and synchronize with Forinv.
The tally cards to be programmed include pre-harvest ecological assessment,
forest inventory volume sampling, operational cumulative volume tally cards for
aspen, jackpine and white spruce, and a Wesbogy tally card. There are a total
of 6 tally cards to be programmed.
