The Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Industry Tourism and
Investment is requesting tenders from qualified Contractors for the
establishment of a Standing Offer Agreement to provide Quantitative Analysis in
accordance with the terms and conditions attached. Contractors should include a
list of quantitative methodologies with which they have experience, and provide
examples of the types of projects in which the methodologies were applied, so
that technical ability to fulfill contracts can be determined.
