CT041016

Construct a second sewage lagoon cell, adjacent to the existing cell, including
clearing, excavation and shaping within the cell, two (2) new clay dykes,
concrete overflow structure, truck turnaround and cleaning of the existing
decant channel. Optional construction of truck dump stations.
