The Department of Aboriginal Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations requests
proposals from qualified consultants to develop and assess models of joint
GNWT/Aboriginal government program and service delivery.

Based on this work,
the proponent will provide the GNWT with recommendations on the use of
intergovernmental services agreements and agencies in the implementation of
self-government agreements in the NWT.
