The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting proposals from
qualified proponents to provide functional and technical assistance with the
implementation of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 ePerformance module.

The objective
of this Request for Proposal is to provide the GNWT with qualified proponents,
an implementation partner, capable of carrying out the work herein defined. The
subsequent proponent submissions will form the basis for evaluation, interview,
and selection.

***NOTE: GNWT offices will be closed (except essential
services) beginning on December 21, 2012 through to January 1, 2013. The office
will re-open on January 2, 2013. During this time period there will be no one
available to respond to RFP inquiries or questions.***
