Description
Village of Fort Simpson will acquire the services of NTPC to install street lighting at nine (9) locations along the Mackenzie Highway (No.1) towards the airport in Fort Simpson. DOT will then reimburse Village of Fort Simpson for the total cost of installation VOFS has paid to NTPC.
