August 31, 2013.
Accommodations must have:
Fully functional three (3) piece
bathroom; Running water; Electricity; Fully furnished (min Double Bed, sofa,
easy chair, kitchen table and chairs, TV, Lamps, coffee and end tables, etc.);
Separate Bedroom; Satellite or Cable TV; Internet; Air conditioning; Kitchen
sink with running water; Microwave; Electric Range with oven; Refrigerator;
Dishes, Glassware and Cutlery; Bedding; Bath Towels/Cloths and Dish
Towels/Cloths; and Secure Premises (locking door etc.).
