Scope is removal of existing roof, salvage and repair approximately 70 existing
wood I Joists, install 70 new I Joists, spray foam insulate roof cavity,
install new decking and covering by qualified roofer, venting, flashings and
other work including interior refinishing. Contractors may obtain tender
