The Yellowknife Health and Social Services Authority (YHSSA) acts as the City
Welfare Agency during an emergency. As a result, establishing communications
requirements is crucial in coordinating amongst the various people and groups
that will be involved.

The successful proponent will facilitate
communications by installing six (6) satellite phones and antennas within
YHSSA.
