The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Justice, is
requesting proposals for the purpose of establishing a roster of qualified
lawyers to provide legal services to the Office of the Children's
Lawyer.

The Office of the Children's Lawyer will provide legal services and
representation for children (under 19 years of age) in matters where it is
determined that a child requires independent legal representation during court
proceedings.
