The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Justice, is
requesting proposals from camp operators in the Northwest Territories who are
capable and willing to take adult male inmates into their camps for the purpose
of providing a meaningful multicultural "on the land" wilderness program in the
Northwest Territories. Camp operators will need to to be able to comply with
the Department of Justice Operational Guidelines for Adult Correctional Camps.
