The Department of Justice, Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT)
requires the services of a qualified proponent to undertake a review of the
financial claims prepared by the GNWT Department of Justice pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the "Agreement Respecting Access to Justice
Services", a Federal Agreement signed on February 14, 2008 between the Minister
of Justice Canada and the Minister of Justice of the NWT.
