The Department of Education, Culture and Employment is requesting proposals to
administer the Self-Employment Option Program. The program provides assistance
for Employment-Insurance individuals considering establishing their own small
business for the 2005-06 fiscal year (April 1/05 – March 31/06). Three-year
proposals will be considered but are subject to budget approvals for subsequent
years.
