The objective is to construct a Spatial Data Warehouse linked to the existing
Wildlife Information Management System (WMIS) to act as a central storage
facility for all geospatial data for the Government of the Northwest
Territories (GNWT) that will be accessible by all government departments,
industry and the general public within copy right and confidentiality restraints
