Contractor will supply labor, material, meals, lodging and travel to stain the
ouside and paint the doors and frames of the Chief Sunrise Education Center on
the Katlodeeche Reserve in Hay River, NT. Stain is supplied by PWS. Metal
paint to be supplied by the contractor for the doors and frames.
